Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

At GayHoopla, we are committed to maintaining a safe and ethical platform for adult entertainment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, including sex trafficking, forced labor, or any form of exploitation. Our mission is to protect our users, performers, and community from harm while complying with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. §2257 and anti-trafficking regulations.

What is Human Trafficking?

Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to exploit individuals for labor or commercial sex acts. This includes non-consensual content, child exploitation, or any illegal solicitation.

Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in or promoting sex trafficking, prostitution, or escort services.
  • Uploading or distributing non-consensual content, including revenge porn or material involving minors.
  • Any form of coercion, deception, or exploitation of performers or users.
  • Using our platform for recruitment or facilitation of trafficking.

Our Procedures to Protect Users

  • Content Verification: All uploaders and performers must undergo strict age and identity verification using third-party tools. We require model releases, consent forms, and ID documents for every participant to ensure voluntary participation.
  • Moderation and Detection: We use AI-driven tools, digital hashing, and human moderators to scan for illegal content. Banned keywords and patterns trigger automatic reviews.
  • User Reporting: Users can flag suspicious content via buttons on videos or our contact form. Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours, with immediate removal if violations are confirmed.

Protocols for Suspicious Activity

If we detect or receive reports of potential trafficking, we:

  1. Immediately remove the content and suspend involved accounts.
  2. Investigate internally using our moderation team.
  3. Report to law enforcement agencies (e.g., local police, FBI, or NCMEC for child-related issues) and relevant NGOs.
  4. Cooperate fully with authorities, providing necessary data while respecting privacy laws.

We partner with organizations like ASACP and RTA to enhance our anti-trafficking efforts. This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed.
