Age Verification Policy

GayHoopla is for adults only. This page explains how Blurred Media LLC makes sure that only adults can access adult content.

18+ confirmation

Every visitor must confirm that they are 18 or older before entering GayHoopla. Explicit content is available only to members.

Age verification through VerifyMy

Visitors from the U.S. states and countries listed below must verify their age through VerifyMy, our third-party age-verification provider, for example with a valid government-issued ID. We determine your location from your IP address.

U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Countries: United Kingdom, France, Italy and Germany.

No access until you pass

In these locations, no adult content is shown until VerifyMy confirms that you are 18 or older. A failed or incomplete verification gives no access to adult content, and there is no option to pay first and verify later.

No VPNs

Using a VPN or any other method to avoid age verification is not allowed and breaches our Terms of Service.

Your data

VerifyMy processes your verification data under its own privacy terms. We record only the result of the check and your verified status.
